All our retreats have a couple of things in common:
Stop - Breathe - Be -
Be - Love - Create
We believe it is important for you to be able to make the connection with yourself once you go home. This means that besides the 'just be' part, the connection between 'just being' and your daily life is vital and essential.
I can write down many things that we will be doing, but the main part really is - checking in with yourself.
Taking our time to breathe, meditate, connect to our hearts, allow our minds to wander off, be creative, laugh, talk, share, inspire...
